Wahid Shaikh is the Global Product Manager for Integrated Services at Weatherford, bringing more than two decades of experience in drilling operations and integrated service delivery across the Middle East and Latin America. He leads digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI to optimize drilling performance, safety, and operational efficiency. Wahid has successfully driven global Center of Excellence programs, improving margins and operational capabilities across multiple regions. A recipient of the 2025 Innovation & Impact Award, he has published technical papers with SPE/IPTC and served as Session Co-Chair at ADIPEC. He holds an MBA with distinction and completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Oxford University.
