Eduardo was born in Granada, Spain, holding Bachelor and Master Degrees in Civil Engineering. He has executed numerous projects related to high-speed railways, highways and hydraulic infrastructures as Project Manager/Director. He is actually serving in Saudi Aramco, as part of the Project Management Team, working in the execution of Jazan Mega Program and currently in Zuluf Increment Program. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by PMI, along with holding the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) and Principles and Practice of engineering (PE) certifications by NCEES. He has published five additional Technical Papers mainly related to nonmetallic technologies in Civil infrastructure.
