With over 20 years of experience in shipping, marine & offshore, and shipbuilding, he has built an extensive network spanning government agencies, ship owners, charterers, ship managers, classification societies, shipyards, consultants, engineering firms, and suppliers across Asia Pacific. He is actively involved in the development and deployment of electric vessels, including e-tugs, e-ferries, OSV hybridization, as well as integrated charging and battery systems. With extensive experience in turnkey battery propulsion projects, Shengwei has contributed to the delivery of multiple electric vessel programmes and charging installations, working closely with shipyards, vessel operators, port & terminal and technology partners. His expertise spans project development, commercial strategy, and cross-border collaboration.
