Nashat Abbas is a veteran geologist with over 39 years of experience, including 30 years at ADNOC Offshore in the United Arab Emirates. He holds a B.Sc. in Geology (Geophysics), a Pre- Master’s in Geophysics, and a Master’s in Petrophysics. Renowned for his expertise in operational geology, petrophysical evaluation, and geosteering, Nashat began his career at Mansoura University and later with the General Petroleum Company in Egypt, where he led teams to navigate the top eight of the world’s longest horizontal wells, cementing his reputation as a leader in the industry.
