Fayez is a distinguished executive in the Oil & Gas sector, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and bringing more than 35 years of comprehensive experience spanning engineering, operations, technical, and managerial roles. His career has taken him across the Middle East, Asia, North Africa, North America, and the North Sea. Fayez’s expertise in Upstream operations covers Drilling, Well Intervention, Stimulation, and Well Integrity. He has held senior management positions at SLB, working in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Houston (Texas), Pakistan, Libya, and Iran, as well as at ADNOC Offshore in Abu Dhabi and Petro Well Services in Norway. Currently, Fayez serves as Well Integrity Advisor at ADNOC Headquarters in Abu Dhabi, where he is the focal point and chairperson for the ADNOC Group in the field of Well Integrity. For the past six years, Fayez has also played a pivotal role as a technical committee member for both the ADIPEC and GOTECH conferences.
